Our Story – Born to Serve Entrepreneurs
OASIC SACCO was founded in 2007 by a group of visionary business individuals determined to create a better financial alternative for entrepreneurs.
Officially registered on 7th August 2007 under Kenya’s Co-operative Societies Act, the SACCO was established to address the challenges faced in mainstream banking—unfair loan terms, slow processes, and rigid systems.
From the beginning, our mission has remained clear:
to provide flexible, inclusive, and affordable financial services tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Today, we continue to support individuals and businesses by offering solutions that enable growth, stability, and financial independence.

OASIC SACCO operates under the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Industrialization, Trade and Cooperatives through the State Department for Cooperatives, in full compliance with the Co-operative Societies Act.
We are also proud members of KUSSCO (Kenya Union of Savings & Credit Co-operatives), giving our members access to a wider network of expertise, support, and opportunities.
